This week on Becoming Unconflicted, I am sharing something that I have been experiencing over the last couple of weeks.
It is so easy to get caught up in the state of BUSY. It is like being swept away in a tidal wave. You can feel it coming, as the pressure builds, and if you don't do something about it you soon find yourself being pulled under the waves and into the turbulent waters.
This cycle is not your fault, you have been conditioned, groomed in the society that we live in. From a young age, you have been taught to excel, succeed and repeat.
Yet this goes against our Human Nature completely.
In this week's episode, we will talk about how to let go of BUSY and move into your natural state of flow.

* How BUSY affects our mind, body, and spirit.

* How to get to the ROOT of your busy.

* How to become comfortable in the discomfort of stillness.
* How to move into your FLOW.
You do not have to live a life of BUSY. Slow down and tune in, take the time for yourself and experience the difference that a slow pace makes in your life.
So sit back, take a deep breath and allow yourself to receive what is meant for you today.
