Sometimes taking a moment to stand in silence and remember the sacrifices of others is an important thing to do. Today, in the UK, and in many other nations around the world we remember those who gave their lives for our freedoms. But we should also remember those who went to battle and survived, often carrying horrific trauma for the rest of their lives.
