We all come to positions of influence during our life. What is important is not magnitude of greatness or the number we lead, but the actual hearts that we are leading. It's important to remember, for us and for Esther, that we didn't come to our positions of influence by chance, but possibly that God is wanting us to be his hands as the functioning body of Christ on this earth. Once we realize we've struggled to live according to this blessing - the statute is simple: stop, turn around, and go the other way with Him. In other words, repent.
