Tonight we take a little detour in our travels through 1 Kings and start Proverbs 1 since it is the first day of a new month. Our plan was to get through the first proverb but instead we detoured again into scripture translation habits of the NIV bible and how even when we read the Bible we need the spirit for discernment which ultimately tied us back into the Proverbs 1.
