I was once a perfectionist and "yes girl" that literally left me paralyzed and drowning in work that was unfulfilling to finally taking messy action and launching the dang thing to help myself and women build a life and business they love, on their terms. Before I finally launched my business and started my membership community, launched a coaching program and added podcast host to my resume, I had some serious healing and mindset work that had to be done in order to unblock loads of doubt and help me live and serve to my fullest potential, not to mention find alignment in my role as a momma and business owner.  With over 15 years of experience working in and with marketing agencies, internal marketing departments, sales teams and more, I love my work as a marketing coach and copywriter, training my students to leverage their unique story, intuition and knowledge to get the results they want in their business. My biggest joy is bringing my kids into my business when I can and seeing them proud of their momma.   When I'm not behind my laptop churning out content, I enjoy running half marathons, cooking, sipping coffee with a good book and hanging out with my family.
