Kim holds extensive professional experience within the social and public sectors, delivering high impact projects and capacity building initiatives to scale in the UK, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Kim was also a member of the UN Women UK National Committee and has recently returned from working in Ghana in a Senior role working with a youth development NGO. Kim shares her advice for people who wish to work abroad and what they should consider before making the move plus she shares what steps she took to make this dream a reality for her.
