Beep Test - 1 Minute

A 1 minute beep test designed for a squat hold. The ideal outcome is your clients will hold a 1 minute squat which is released by each jump.
On every beep perform a jump and land back in the squat.
To make the test harder, increase the height of the jump. To decrease the difficulty, either stand briefly on the beep or reduce the height of each jump.
