For the second episode of Beers and Miles: The Elite Files, Larry, Nicole, and Cris interview Zach Ornelas. Zach ran for the University of Michigan where he specialized in the distances, running 5k, 10k and steeplechase. Post college he has made quite a name for himself in the ultra/trail running scene winning two US 50K titles, representing the US 4 times, one in the world mountain running championships, and 3 times in the 50k. And just to add a cherry on top he also qualified for the Olympic trials in the marathon with a 2:17:24.

For the first part of this we discuss his years of running, high school, college, as well as the technology boom and training. Larry somehow finds a way to somehow mention Runescape again.
