It feels like Oria's missing something... Something important..? Did she need to buy something? No, no that's not right... Bring in the laundry before it rained? No, she doesn't have laundry... Did she have a meeting-?
Intro:
But it's so boring!
Oria is trying to make a friend, Rue is trying to do her job, and Fella is simply trying his best. When Hidae's work takes the group north, things escalate quickly and the trio find out they might be in for much more than they bargained for.
Intro:
Somewhere, long buried under the soot and dust, a form made of the shadows and the walls and the still stale air slept as it had for a very long time. Old magicks protect it from being awoken, magicks of deception and illusion.
“All things will pass,” the once mortal mused and it was soon that this form would have its time cut short, it was only a matter of time
Intro:
Lord Leyane sat at a regular sized table with Mountain and an empty seat. The table was regular sized, the new lord reminded themself, but it didn't appear that way due to Mountain’s sheer size; it looked more of like an adult playing at a kid’s tea party. As for the absent seat, that's where the mayor was supposed to stay, but oh well.
“All in favour?” Lord Leyane asked, they and mountain both raised a hand. They looked at the empty seat. “Well, two out of three isn’t bad.”
Lord Leyane stood up, clapping their boney heads together. “Very well we will expand the Lordom! Mountain, make sure the people are geared up when the weapons arrive.”
Mountain grunted but said nothing more

Our new crew work together to begin to unravel this mystery. What is causing the disease? What does this mean for the rest of the world? And what does it mean for Layane?
Intro:
The people of the Myesec Kingdom are fickle. They both want their cake and to eat it too. Last week I was negotiating a trade tax with de lord of first winter and he wanted a high tax and low prices on the goods, and I told him, no, we cannot do this. Many people here are like this. It is wrong.
I serve as de ambassador from Terre de’Nos, I represent the Laybo-Zhen. We are Strong People. We are Courageous People. We People live defiant of the world, And it better learn to respect us.

King Shahiir calls together the Doctor Oria, the Knight Rue and her dragon Cedar, and the Bodyguard Campe Radamanthys Phellaxus, also known as Fella, to deal with an unprecedented threat. In the wake of the moon exploding and fitting back together, the Peninsula of Lyca has caught the attention of a soft-boned Valc'Kan named Hidae Okarra.
Intro:
Lord Hielithe finds the Examina, the Skeleton-Ghosts like King Shahiir, fascinating. The examina, the injured lord considers, are the only known species who could live theoretically forever. They’re the only ones who aren’t technically alive.
Not only that, but they seem to have an unnatural drive for power. Lord Hielithe hasn’t made it public, but privately he’s worried that the Examina aren’t what they seem to be. Most people seem to think that way, but The Lord of First Winter has an inside view. The King is an Examina. The captain of the guard is an Examina. So is the keeper of the treasury. So is the Mayor of Lunn’Kai.
Despite the Examina clearly being the smallest seat-holding species in the Kingdom due to their inability to reproduce naturally, they hold a disproportionate amount of government and military leadership seats...
In less than a year King Shahiir is supposed to step down and let someone else take the throne.
Lord Hielithe winces as he shifts slightly. He cares deeply for Fella, but the kid was a fool sometimes. In less than a year King Shahiir is supposed to step down as per the treaty that gave the Examina their seat in the council. The question Lord Hielithe keeps coming back to, again and again is:
Will the King honor the treaty?

Welcome to Loralavv, a land of strange creatures, wild magicks and...
Listen, there's huge Giant-Demons and Skeleton-Ghosts, so if either of those things are your thing, um, good on ya!
Intro: (as spoken by King Shahiir)
Do you know why we are the Kingdom of the Moon? Not the stars, nor the sun. We do not worship the earth we farm, we do not praise the mountains we scale.
But the moon, well, it was made by the Gods in a bygone era to protect us. We didn’t always have it. If we did, maybe the elves and the humans would still be around to tell us what happened.
The First are the Valc’Kan. They are Dwarves whose wise ones line the halls, not quite stone, not quite flesh. They live in the mountains to the east and west.
The Second are the Owlin. Owlin, or Owl Folk, or Owl people, were once inhabitants of the ‘FeyWilds’, but they moved from there ages and ages ago. They reside to the northeast and southwest in forests of their own design.
Finally, the Examina, such as myself. I am King of this land. My name is King Shahiir. The Examina… live underground, the mass of cave tunnels that act as the arteries of our Kingdom. An Examina is like a Skeleton-Ghost, we have retained our sanity, but we wear our souls over our bones. Many do not trust us, I have proven them wrong.
To the east further are the Laybo-Zhen in their new kingdom of Terre d’Nos. To the West is the desert in which the dragons live.
This is all you need to know for now. Now go, I tire of speaking. Find the Doctor, and Bodyguard, and the Knight, and listen to them instead.
