Join us for this Knowledge Group Online CLE OFCCP & EEOC Webinar. The OFCCP and EEOC have long been involved in the enforcement of equitable pay and hiring practices by gender, race, and ethnicity. In August of 2018, the OFFCP released Directive 2018-05 which details revised guidelines for conducting pay analyses by Federal contractors. Section 5. Of Directive 2018-05 details that the revision is intended to make the OFFCP’s approach to compensation analysis “more transparent about the agency’s practices and approaches to determining similarly-situated employees, creating pay analysis groups, conducting statistical analysis and modeling, and other analytical matters relevant to conducting sound, compensation compliance evaluations and contractors’ self-audits.”
