Today’s episode is all about what it means to make decisions about who you help and what you do. Yes, we’re talking about all that “advice” we get to NICHE DOWN.
And I have thoughts. And feelings. 🤣 And so, I will share those with you today.
In this episode, we’re covering:
- Why you feel that urge to throw it all up in the air and run away
- Why misaligned clients might seem like they’re aliens from another planet
- Why you hate doing the work that you’re good at
- Why niching isn’t really what you think it is (spoiler alert: it’s not about your services or your people)
And, as always, at the end of today’s episode, I leave you with a bit of homework (your two questions), because I want you to start implementing this today!
