70% of all resolutions are related to physical health. However, here’s the bad news: nearly 80% of people will abandon their resolutions by February. 

It’s the “danger zone” for many people as the holidays are a thing of the past and work is back to normal, and other facets of life aren’t slowing down. This is a prime opportunity to either re-up and commit to your various health goals or be like most and have them slowly fade away. While motivation is a big reason for many falling short, “being too busy” was the second most common reason. Both can be handled with the 5 tips shared in this episode.
