In this episode I talk about how to Befriend Boundaries. I share my own experiences on the journey of being a stand and holding up on my Boundaries time and time again this last year. I speak into how there was some difficult moments that came up and how me being a  people pleaser in recovery was very much tested time and time again. 

Befriending our own Boundaries has been the key for me to continue standing in them and not moving them to please others.
