David's dog Bugsy went missing, David offered a reward of $500 to anyone who found his dog. When his neighbor Francis found the dog she returned him to David but David didn't feel he should pay her the reward since they are neighbors and that is the neighborly thing to do. Francis wants her reward! Does she get it and pardon David?
