Carl took his car to get smog checked at the local mechanic. Lester was in that day and and ran Carl's car through the smog check machine and it failed. Carl did not take this well and decided to throw a fit in the middle of the lobby where he even went so far as throwing all the magazines on the floor and pushing over the gumball machine. He demanded that Lester make his car pass the smog check but didn't realize that it had nothing to do with Lester and everything to do with Carl's lack of taking care of his car. Carl wants a pardon and also wants Lester to finish working on his car. Will Lester grant him one?
