When Betsy became a mother, she wanted to provide the healthiest life for her children and, in turn, began to uncover how she wasn’t accurately understanding what ‘healthy’ meant. Since then, Betsy has transitioned her work to being a lifestyle educator where she walks people through a 12-week program to help them improve their health in all areas. So many of us have been told inaccurate facts about how to live healthily and Betsy is on a mission to provide people the tools to get their health back on track.
