آدمی: ارے نہیں، علی، تمہیں کیا ہوا؟

علی: مجهے کل رات سے تیز بخار ہے، اور درجہ حرارت میں کمی نہیں ہو رہی ہے.

آدمی: تم نے دوا لی ہے؟

علی: جی ہاں، میں نے لی تھی، لیکن اب میں ڈاکٹر کے پاس جائوں گا.

آدمی: ٹھیک ہے کوئی مسئلہ نہیں. تم اپنا خیال رکھو اور کچھ آرام حاصل کرو.

----Formal English----

Ali: Hello, sir, this is Ali. I am really sick today, so I won't be able to come to the office.

Man: Oh no, Ali, what happened to you?

Ali: I have had a high fever since last night, and my temperature isn't decreasing.

Man: Have you taken medicine?

Ali: Yes, I did, but I'll go to the doctor now.

Man: Okay, no problem. You take care of yourself and get some rest.

----Formal Romanization----

Ali: Hello, sir, mei Ali bol raha hun. Mei aaj bohat beemar hun, iss liye mei daftar nahi aa sakon ga.

Aadmi: Aray nahi, ali, tumhein kia hua?

Ali: Mujhay kal raat say taiz bukhar hai, aur darjah hararat mei kami nahi ho rahi hai.

Aadmi: Tum nay dawa li hai?

Ali: G han, mei nay li thi, lekin ab mei doctor ky pas jaon ga.

Aadmi: Theek hai koi masla nahi. Tum apna khayal rakho aur kuch araam hasil karo.
