خاتون: آپ اس اتوار کو صبح ساڑھے گیارہ بجے آ سکتی ہیں.

حنا: یہ ٹھیک ہے. براه مہربانی وه وقت میرے لیے حنا کے نام سے مختص کر دیں.

خاتون: ٹھیک ہے. آپ پہلے کلینک پر آئی ہیں؟

حنا: جی ہاں، گزشتہ ماہ.

خاتون: ٹھیک ہے، تو پھر براہ مہربانی اپنے ساتھ کلینک کا رجسٹریشن کارڈ لائیں .

Woman: Hello, this is Ali Clinic.

Hina: Hello, my name is Hina. I would like an appointment for Sunday. Is there any time in the morning?

Woman: You can come in at 11:30 a.m. this Sunday.

Hina: That's fine. Please put me down for that time, under the name Hina.

Woman: Alright. Have you come in to the clinic previously?

Hina: Yes, last month.

Woman: All right, then please bring the clinic's registration card with you.

----Formal Romanization----

Khatoon: Hello, yeh ali clinic hai.

Hina: Hello, mera nam hina hai. Mei itwar ko aik appointment chahu gi. Subah mei koi waqt hai kia?

Khatoon: Aap iss itwar ko subah sarhay gyarah bajay aa sakti hain?

Hina: Yeh theek hai. Barah e meharbani woh waqt meray liye hina ky nam say mukhtas ker dein.

Khatoon: Theek hai. Aap pehlay clinic per ayi hain?

Hina: G han, guzishta mah.

Khatoon: Theek hai, tou phir barah e meharbani apnay sath clinic ka registeration card lain.
