Our willing participant is Gina Minardi, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a specialization in art therapy. Over the last 13 years, Gina has worked in homeless shelters, rehabs, and is now in her own private practice. She is also the host of Spaces In Between, A podcast dedicated to the spaces between laughter, tears, ego, soul, and messy growth.

In this episode we are joined by Ellen Rogin who is a money expert and financial intuitive. She helps people transform their relationships with money so they can have happier, more abundant lives. Her book, Picture Your Prosperity, was a New York Times bestseller, and her work has been featured on CNBC, ABC, NPR, TIME, and Oprah Magazine.

And our willing participant is Amanda who was kind enough to share her thoughts and insights on her experience.  She is currently in a career transition so this is an interesting time to explore with her.  She was working as an attorney but over the last few years, she paused to be at home and raise her young children and is currently looking to transition back into the workplace.

In this episode we learn about the Neuro Emotional Technique which is a mind body approach to health and wellness that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, chiropractic care, and applied kinesiology.  NET is based on the premise that unresolved emotional issues can contribute to physical symptoms and illness. 

Dr. Jerry Lee is a dual licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncture.  He specializes in a variety of Kinesiology techniques based on the “TRIAD OF HEALTH” which is physical, nutritional and emotional stressors that may be affecting the body.

He believes that the body is self-regulating and self-healing, but sometimes needs a “facilitator” to help guide the body towards achieving that optimal state of well-being and recovery.

Our willing participant is Valerie.  She is a writer, mother, mindfulness teacher and podcaster and has generously agreed to share her experience with us.

This episode features Amlas the Director of Wildquest, a retreat based in the Bahamas on the island of Bimini.  Wildquest encompasses so many forms of healing it’s difficult to condense it down to one thing.  It is primarily a human-wildlife encounter with the star of the show being Wild Dolphins, but within each day you are given rare opportunities to transform in really significant ways.  Be it through encounters with the ocean, mother nature, wildlife, adventure, human connection or all of the above.  I don’t think it would be possible for anyone to spend time at this retreat and not walk away transformed and revitalized.

Colleen Meisel is a licensed practitioner of Chinese medicine specializing in the treatment of emotional imbalances, using a combination of acupuncture, herbs and intuitive communication to create a space for the healing and well being of an individual’s highest good.

Colleen received her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, and then went on to study different aspects of energy work at True Insight, including meditation, clairvoyance, and hands on healing. Our willing participant is Quiana, a corporate executive who is energized by art, design, music, and culture. She has always felt a strong alignment to Spirit and has always relied on that alignment to navigate through life. It has motivated her to open up to and explore traditional and non-traditional spiritual methods and paths, with the goals of experiencing multi-layered awareness and healing, reconnecting to her authentic self, committing to her heart's desires, and surrendering to be guided by Spirit to and through her divine journey.

In this episode we explore a Past Life Regression Session.  There are several spiritual traditions that believe that a soul or an aspect of an individual is reborn or reincarnated throughout several lifetimes.  During a Regression Session, the participant accesses past lives in order to gain insight and information that may be useful to them in this lifetime.  Connecting to their past lives, clients can  work to release habits, fears, or other burdens they may be carrying from lifetime to lifetime.
