Since 2006, the Chiefs win in week one!

A historic night at the new Arrowhead Stadium on Monday Night Football as the Chiefs finish week one of the NFL season in style, defeating the San Diego Chargers 21-14.

The Chiefs came away with plays on offense, defense and special teams allowing them to jolt the Bolts. Kansas City is first place in the AFC West while the Chargers, Broncos and Raiders are all 0-1. Football fans outside of Kansas City were surprised.
