This two minute meditation is the introductory meditation in my new Beginner's Meditation Course. This course will help you to both learn to meditate and to develop a regular meditation practice.
It uses a stacking system, which means each meditation is slightly longer than the one before. You will begin with this two minute meditation and build up to a 20 minute one. If 20 minutes sounds too long and daunting, don't worry. You do not have to get that far in order to succeed and get something from this course. You have the option of stopping at any point and sticking with a meditation that works for you. If you get to 10 minutes and you decide that's enough, you can use that meditation as long as it feels good. What matters most is that you listen to yourself, which is one of the core tenets of meditation.
