近所の猫 kinjo no neko – neighborhood cat

 

昨日(きのう)、裏庭(うらにわ)に近所(きんじょ)の猫(ねこ)がいました。すぐに逃(に)げてしまいました。

kinou, uraniwa ni kinjo no neko ga imashita. sugu ni nigete shimaimashita.

yesterday, back yard - in - neighborhood - 's - cat - (subject marker) - existed. soon - ran away - did.

Yesterday, a neighbor's cat was in my backyard. It quickly ran away.
