I have found over the 16 years of being in the health & fitness industry that the drive of consistency and relentless is were two driving forces to building the business that was the desire of my heart. When one has a small idea that once can lead to the big dreams to become your reality. It’s all a huge risk but isn’t anything in life that is bigger than you scary or a risk?
Answer is yes! Yes it’s scary, it’s out of your comfort zone, it’s challenging and it’s those things that has kept me going to reaching new levels of business along the way because I knew from a young age that nothing comes easy!
