There are so many theories and leadership behaviors in general. " The Globe Study" is one of them.

The Globe Study identified 21 primary characteristics or behaviors that are universally viewed as contributors to leadership effectiveness and eight that are universally viewed as obstacles. Following analysis, the research identified six global leadership behaviors, also known as "cultural implicit leadership theories."

My experience? I've worked as both an employee and an employer for a number of companies. I instructed individuals, teams, and groups. Based on my extensive experience in this field, I've decided to write a book entitled Leadership 7 x 7.
