The only constant in life is change. Sometimes changes can happen rapidly or unexpectedly, creating an unstable and unwanted situation. Dr. Ryan specializes in helping people restore their equilibrium whether it has a physical, psychological, emotional or soul level component. It all connects through the connective tissues - the key to accessing change by design.
Dr Ryan started her journey of helping people get from here to there in the field of physical therapy: from pain to pain free, from injured to back in the game, from weak to healthy and functional. Along the way she learned to address how thoughts, beliefs and emotions impact our road to health as much as physical abilities. She then learned the anatomy and functions of teams from a Navy SEAL and can apply dynamics of change in the corporate world from the C-Suite to individual players.
