The country has seen a disturbing trend of White Nationalism, anti-Semitism, and xenophobia following President Donald Trump's populist campaign and election into office. Despite this concern among many Americans, Trump waited weeks before denouncing anti-Semitic attacks across the country in 2017. In addition, many people in the immigrant community are living in fear in response to Trump's anti-immigrant sentiment and recent ICE raids. Lastly, members of the LGBT community are speaking out against the Trump administration's plan to roll back protections for trans student implemented under the Obama administration.
