In Jonah chapter 2 we find God's prophet "Behind Bars." Because of his rebellion and failure to carry out God's mission he is "locked up" in his own affliction. Jonah is a prisoner at sea. 

As Jonah ran from God he learned a valuable lesson about life: Rebellion always leads to restriction. In this passage we find great hope and encouragement for what to do when we feel imprisoned by our struggle.
