In the aftermath of the Theater Department Scandal, CCSU President Zulma Toro stated that the university “will not tolerate sexual misconduct or abusive behavior of any kind” and there's a “zero-tolerance policy” for such behaviors. But what if you're an athlete who beats up his ex-girlfriend? Turns out there's quite a lot of tolerance for that.
