Sometimes we hide to cover our pain and for some our smile is what keeps us going. Yolanda joins the show to talk about what’s behind her smile, as written in her chapter of Women Unveiled Vol. 2: Secrets of Strong Women. Her innocent childhood was disrupted by a sexual predator, her uncle, who’s actions set her on a path of promiscuity, low self-esteem, self-sabotage, and being the source of dysfunction in relationships.

Yolanda Maisonet-Joseph  is a passionate leader who views her role in every capacity as one that requires a service orientation. She developed a passion to lead, teach, motivate, and effectively coach others utilizing kingdom principles. She served for two years in the youth ministry of her church and is a highly recognizes healthcare management professional with over 20 years of experience. Her main desires are to grow spiritually, so she may win souls for the kingdom and to learn to be like the greatest leader of all time—Jesus. Yolanda was born and raised in New York City and now lives in Virginia with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
