In this month's episode of "Behind The Beer With Lear", Ryan talks about some pretty delicious choices from our good friend David Hernandez, who's exploits take him all over the world. We dive into a delicious hazy New England IPA, the 8% Heady Topper from The Alchemist, followed up by the 10.2% Trappist Westvleteren 12 (XII), often described as "the best beer in the world" and "liquid bread" which sets ME in a good mood! Lastly we enjoy a massive 12.3% imperial stout, the Kentucky Breakfast Stout from Founders Brewery Co. All in all, it's a fun selection of some high horsepower beers and a chance to visit with the friend who's forgotten more about beer than I'll ever know. Cheers!
