Kelly Johnson, Manager of The Pony Club in Starksville, MS, learned the ins and outs of the industry initially as an entertainer for 19 years before an injury caused her to reassess and move in a different direction! Easily slipping into the role of Housemom, she eventually moved up to management and even General Manager! Kelly joins Host Ilan Fong to discuss the importance and impact of the Housemoms in the industry, misconceptions about the Industry, and how being a woman in a leadership/management role has many advantages while swimming upstream against the tide of a primarily male-dominated business.
