What started as a hobby of judging BBQ at a local charity competition eventually turned in to him mastering the art and science of BBQ and becoming an award winning competitor himself. Now, Bobby has escaped the corporate world and is mastering the restaurant industry with his award-winning BBQ on Dauphin Island Parkway after having no prior experience in the restaurant industry.
We talk about his delicious food - ribs, brisket, pork, wings, mac and cheese, spicy collards, and cole slaw. You will be shocked to hear how some of the sides came on the menu.
