From the Hack presents "Behind the Hack with Cheryl Bernard", an exclusive series of interviews through which the 2010 Olympic silver medalist and TSN curling analyst takes you into the minds of elite curlers and coaches to discover how these athletes develop the mental strength them to outperform in high-pressure, game-deciding moments.

In the premiere episode, Cheryl is joined by Dr. Penny Werthner, a 1976 Olympian and the current Dean of the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary.  Dr. Werthner is a noted sports psychologist who has worked with Canadian athletes at the national level since 1985, including several curlers.
