Jay Sutaria is a performance trainer and founder of STF Houston where he provides sports training, performance training, and group training to individuals and athletes of all levels, including pro such as the NBA and NFL. Some of the NBA players that Jay has trained have been Dwight Howard, Robert Covington, DJ Augustin, Eric Gordon, Jae’Sean Tate, Gerald Green, and Carsen Edwards. NFL athletes that Jay has trained include Tyrann Mathieu, Emmanuel Sanders, Demaryius Thomas, and D’onta Foreman.
