Today, we're delighted to introduce Dr. Hariharan Venkitachalam, the Head of Product Safety and Compliance at Iveco.

With more than 15 years of experience in engineering, Hariharan has cultivated a diverse and fascinating career path, encompassing the management, and execution of complex multi-million dollar R&D projects and programs for both Passenger and Commercial Vehicles.

His journey commenced in the automotive industry, where he contributed to projects related to airbag systems and optical parking systems. He then ventured into the renewable energy sector, only to eventually circle back to his automotive roots.

While working, Hariharan made the bold decision to return to academia, embarking on a journey to attain a Ph.D. 

In this episode, we’ll explore Hariharan’s interesting career to date, his predictions for the future of the industry, as well as his advice for those looking to start out in the sector.
