Today we are joined by Roberto Silva, Head of EV Charging Solutions EMEA at Delta Electronics.

Starting out in the industry over 16 years ago, Roberto’s career has been outstanding. He has worked for a variety of renowned global businesses including Continental, Porche Engineering, and Mahle – where he grew the R&D team for the electric powertrain from 5 to over 60 people across 3 countries.

Roberto’s roles have taken him to reside in different countries and work with different cultures - including his most recent position working for a Taiwanese company – which has enabled him to continue to develop and overcome challenges from a different perspective.
