Sebastian has built an extremely interesting and diverse career. 

Beginning in the Royal Navy, he shifted from flying helicopters to building them. Advancing through the defence sector, he eventually made a bold move into the fast-paced world of Formula 1.

Sebastian now leads a team of over 180 engineers and technicians at Alpine F1 Team. and is responsible for ensuring the timely design and engineering of the motorsport cars, both current and future.

In this episode, we’ll explore Sebastian’s outstanding career path, his unique insights into the ever-evolving motorsport industry, as well as his recommendations for those entering the space.
