Starting out in the automotive industry slightly different to our other guests, Simon began his career as a technician apprentice and later pivoted into mechanical design where he was exposed to world-class projects. He continued to make transitions throughout his career, most recently swapping from a chief engineer role to overseeing the software and controls group.
