The "Behind the White Coat" series continues with a faculty interview with Dr. Christina Washington from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Washington is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and a subspecialist in Gynecologic Oncology at the Stephenson Cancer Center. 

Dr. Washington discusses her journey into medicine and what a career in Gyn-Onc entails, including treating oncology patients with a variety of interventions, and rewards and challenges in the field. She also discusses her passion project in food insecurity and impact on medical treatment and patient outlook.
