In this teaching, we fix our eyes on Jesus—the One who didn't observe our condition from a distance, but stepped fully into it.
The Word who spoke galaxies into existence became flesh and dwelt among us. Though He was rich, He became poor for our sake. He emptied Himself, took on the form of a servant, and humbled Himself to the point of death on a cross.
This is truth that transforms us when we truly see Him.
We behold the Man of Sorrows who is acquainted with our grief, our pain, our weakness, and even the weight of our sin—yet without sin. A Savior who doesn't just understand our struggles intellectually, but who experienced them personally. Tempted in every way. Fully God. Fully man.
He bore our griefs. He carried our sorrows. He was pierced for our transgressions. And by His wounds, we are healed.
When we truly behold Him, we don't walk away the same.
