Gentlemen, a lot of us are driven to succeed, achieve, produce, and create. But what's the drive behind those ambitions?

Is it to gain acceptance, or approval? If so, by whom? Other men? A parent or a spouse? God?

Are we driven by a desire to prove ourselves or to be validated? Again, the question is, if so, who's validation are we seeking?
