Today, I talk with Jalen Washington, MFT about his journey to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist. He explains how his job as a teacher within an inner city in Maryland, led him to pursuing a career within therapy. We delve into the perks of therapy and the importance of protecting your mental health regardless of what profession you do.
