Paul calls Titus to teach the men and women of the church about the conduct of believers. Men and women should be aware of how they act and what they say. Not just because they are trying to be "good." But because they are setting the example for younger believers. Teaching young believers has as much to do with what we do, as what we say. This is a great lesson on being a good example for our young men and women.
