She played her college hoops at Duke University, and was a 2013 McDonald's High School All-American. Becca has also worked for the Atlanta Hawks and is currently doing work supporting Grassroots Basketball & Events for the National Basketball Players Association.

Topics include: the experience of playing college basketball from a historic program, how to lead in different styles and with different personalities, what it means to be a great competitor, and why having a positive mindset has allowed her to overcome two serious injuries that have delayed her professional basketball career.
