Being a Young Talent and Coping with pressure with NSL athlete Sienna Rushton
Rushton is a seasoned NSL athlete with memorable appearances for Leeds Rhinos and Surrey Storm. However what many don't know is that Sienna is also a Senior Netball Europe Champion, has toured New Zealand and Australia with Roses U19 and U21 and wore her first England dress at the age of just 14.
Achieving so much at such a young age doesn't come without its challenges and in this podcast we discuss how Sienna handled the pressure of shooting and having to perform in such a competitive environment and at such a young age.
