This week, we're bringing you the first of a series of conference presentations from the Victorian Government's Realising the Potential Conference.

This session covered the importance of creating a more coherent and connected early childhood system and how to empower professionals and leaders in the sector to work together to advocate for change and improve community awareness and understand of the importance of early education and care.

It features the wonderful Charlene Smith, Policy Program Director at Mitchell Institute; the well-known and fabulous Catharine Hydon, Early Childhood Consultant; and the outstanding Emeritus Professor Deborah Brennan who co-wrote the Lifting the Game report.
