In part 3 of the "Being An Assistant" series, the YCA crew are joined by special guest Brian Swiney, the Athletic Director at Cane Bay High School.  Coaches Cam Willis, Brett Fields, and Steven Davis all make the trip to the "Cobra Den" as they gather thoughts and insights from Coach Swiney about his time as an assistant coach, as well as what he looks for in prospective assistant coaches for his program at Cane Bay High School.
