I'll be honest, it's been almost a year since you've heard from me here.

A lot has changed. I've moved cities, gone through one of the hardest seasons of my life, and done the kind of inner work that you can't rush and can't fake. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, I knew it was time to bring this back, but differently than before.

The Made for More Podcast is becoming something bigger. Being and Becoming with Mariah Fontana is the new era because this conversation was never meant to stay in one lane. It's for anyone navigating the space between who they are and who they're growing into. Women, men, all of it.

Being. Becoming. The presence and the progress. The stillness and the striving.

I'm coming back to this because I've walked the path. The messy, non-linear, nothing-goes-as-planned version of it. And if I can make that path even a little bit easier for someone else to walk, that's why I'm here.
