"You know life is very fragile and very chaotic we're just animals, which is biological organisms clinging to a rock that's flying through space so you gotta be careful not to get too fancy about what your dreams are."
In this episode I am taking to Dr. Louis Cozolino and my, my, I have learned so much. We are exploring what keeps people from going to therapy, how to cultivate a state of uncertainty and why women should be more bitchy 🧐

Dr. Lou Cozolino practices psychotherapy and consulting psychology in Beverly Hills, California. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from UCLA and an M.T.S. from Harvard University. He has been a professor at Pepperdine since 1986 and lectures around the world on psychotherapy, neuroscience, trauma, and attachment. Lou’s primary method as a therapist is one of connection, attunement, and interaction. If you want to connect to him you can find him on instagram @drcozolinoandco or read more in depth about his work on https://www.drloucozolino.com. His books are a real delight and having read most of them I can't recommend any one in particular, no matter where you start you will leave with some valuable lessons. Enjoy the tiny teaser and get in some good trouble until the realese of the first episode on Sunday on Pateron and on Monday on YouTube an all podcasting platforms.
