Long time no see! We are so thrilled to be able to record again! It has been a hectic number of months since our last episode, but we are so thankful for everyone's patience. The two of us love this podcast and we never want to record and produce if it is going to bring stress, so we focused on school for the past couple months and did not allow one of our favorite hobbies to become stressful! Now, we are so excited to be back. Today's episode is our favorite episode yet! In an interview style setting, Kate McLaughlin interviews and engages in an amazingly productive conversation with Kate Truong who shares her experience growing up and being Asian American (specifically Vietnamese-American). Kate opened up in this extremely vulnerable and emotional discussion sparked by the recent influx of xenophobia and hate crimes since the pandemic.
